WHO IS DR. BROWN?

Dr. Rose Mary LaGrange-Brown, a Jackson, TN native, is the creator/owner of The Urban Eye. Dr. Brown is a 3rd generation Optometrist following the legacy of her great aunt & uncle, who opened the first Optometric clinic in Jackson in the 1930’s, and her father, Dr. Carol LaGrange, who joined the family practice in 1959. She is a graduate of Jackson Central-Merry High School, Middle Tennessee State University and Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. Dr. Brown lends her 25 years of eyecare experience, including 4 years of medical training in an Ophthalmology clinic, to better serve the Jackson area with all of its eyecare needs.

ACCEPTED INSURANCES

We accept multiple medical and vision insurance plans. Medical visits include red, itchy or dry eyes, diabetic dilated exams, cataract evaluations, etc. Vision services include exams for both glasses and contact lenses for children and adults, as well as any glasses and contact lenses necessary.

LENS SPECS

Our glasses are fabricated with the newest and best lens technology available, providing the most clear comfortable vision possible. Don’t settle when it comes to optical quality.
